WHAT IS COLOR STUDY?

A little piece of the studio, gathered just for you!

Color Study began as a way for me to share something more personal than a traditional fabric bundle.

Each release begins with color. I pull fabrics from my Create Joy Project studio archives and curate them into a palette based on the way they work together through color, pattern, contrast, scale, and mood.

Then I build a collector experience around that palette—with art, stories, creative process, and thoughtful details from my studio.

Each Color Study is different, but every one is designed to feel like opening a small piece of my creative world.

Each quarterly release includes:

  • 12 designer-curated fat quarters

THE FOUNDING 40

Each of the first forty collectors will also receive a signed 3×3 original Color Study painting and a hand-numbered Founding Collector card. These original paintings were created especially to celebrate the beginning of Color Study and will remain a distinction of the Founding Edition.

Color Study is released quarterly, but it is not an automatically billed subscription.

When you purchase a Color Study, you become an active collector and receive first access to the next release before any remaining boxes are offered to the waitlist or public.

Choose to collect the next edition and your active collector spot continues. If you decide to skip one, that’s completely fine—your spot may simply be offered to someone waiting to join.

A note for the Founding 40

Founding Collector status is yours permanently. Even if you skip a future Color Study, you will always remain part of the original group who began the collection.
